Description

Northwest Community Health Center is looking for a full time Patient Accounts Representative.  The patient accounts representative functions as part of the health care team and is responsible for preparing and processing insurance claims, posting insurance and patient payments, assisting customers with billing statements, conducting telephone inquiries to and from patients and insurance companies, and collection of NWCHC’s accounts receivable.  The successful candidate will additionally be responsible for scheduling appointments, handling sensitive medical information, and other office duties as assigned.  Job requires high school diploma.  One year recent or relevant medical office experience preferred.  Position is eligible for comprehensive benefits, and Wage will be determined on experience and qualifications.
